Customers submit customized requirements through the platform (such as uploading design sketches, technical parameters, material preferences, usage scenarios, etc.), and our company provides customized solutions and quotations (including design fees, sampling costs, and estimated production unit prices).

Customized Design and Sampling Stage
1. Design, development, and confirmation
The supplier shall provide design drafts (CAD drawings, 3D renderings, etc.) within 48 hours, and the customer shall annotate and modify them online. Real time adjustments can be made through video or telephone conferences. The final design draft requires the customer to confirm and sign an electronic confirmation letter to lock in technical details and avoid subsequent disputes.
2. Physical sampling and testing
Suppliers produce samples according to the confirmed draft (usually within 3-7 days) and provide material testing reports (such as RoHS, tensile testing, etc.) simultaneously. The sample is shipped using international logistics such as DHL/FedEx, and the logistics trajectory and customs clearance are fully tracked by the platform.
3. Sample feedback and iteration
After receiving the samples, customers can communicate online for modification suggestions (graphic/video feedback), and suppliers can optimize 1-2 times free of charge (additional times will be charged according to the agreement).

Pre Production Inspection Service
1. Inspection appointment and standard setting
After the customer confirms the mass production order, they can choose to have the platform on-site inspect the goods or have a third-party organization inspect the goods (such as SGS, BV). The inspection standards shall be confirmed by both parties in advance and included in the contract annex.
2. Production process monitoring
Suppliers regularly upload production progress photos/videos to the platform, and customers can view key milestones in real time (such as mold opening and first piece inspection). Platform quality inspectors conduct surprise inspections, focusing on checking the compliance of raw material batches and process flows.
3. Final inspection execution
The inspector shall conduct a full inspection or random inspection of the finished product according to the standard, and issue a Chinese and English inspection report (including defect photos and judgment results) within 24 hours. Unqualified products can be reworked or reproduced, and the platform will supervise the rectification until they meet the standards. The responsible party for the delay will bear additional costs.
